5. Payments, Pricing & No Refund Policy

  • All services are paid unless stated otherwise

  • Payment terms (advance/full/partial) will be discussed before project start

  • Strict No Refund Policy: Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including project cancellation by the client

  • In case of partial payments, remaining balance must still be cleared as per agreement

  • Late payments may result in project delays or termination

6. Project Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be estimated based on project complexity

  • Minor delays may occur due to technical challenges

  • Nexora ensures best effort for on-time delivery but does not guarantee exact deadlines in all cases

7. Intellectual Property

  • All completed projects belong to the client only after full payment

  • Nexora reserves the right to showcase projects for portfolio or promotional purposes

  • Interns must not copy, reuse, or distribute company/client work without permission

8. Internship Program

For students enrolled in Nexora internships:

  • Internships are for learning and training purposes

  • Certificates will be provided upon successful completion

  • No guarantee of job placement

  • Internship fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Interns must maintain professionalism and confidentiality

9. Confidentiality

  • Both Nexora and clients agree to keep project-related information confidential

  • Interns are strictly prohibited from sharing sensitive data

10. Limitation of Liability

Nexora is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Misuse of delivered projects by clients

  • Losses caused due to improper implementation

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate services if terms are violated

  • Refuse service in case of misuse or unethical requests

12. Changes to Terms

Nexora may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
